90% Garnatxa Blanca from Coma d'en Bonet
10% Viognier from Serra de Castellnou
Winemaking:
Decanting of the first fractions of the juice at 13 ° C during 24 hours, was fermenting 25 days at 14 º C. Blended in Desember’15. Clarified with bentonite,then filtered and cold stabilized. Bottled in January 2016.
