Grape varieties:
80 % Garnatxa Tinta from les Comes d'en Bonet.
20 % Syrah from les Comes d'en Bonet.
Winemaking:
Fermentation was carried separately arround 23 ºC during 15 days. No clarified and a smooth filtration was done before bottling during last 2016 january week.
Winemaker's notes:
Reddish and violaceous tonalities, ripen red fruits flavoures, structured taste with a smooth persistance. Interesting wine for accompanying Mediterranian cuisine, specially rices, pasta and vegetables.
