Grape varieties:
60 % Garnatxa Tinta from les Comes d'en Bonet Sep. 29 th).
20 % Syrah from les Comes d'en Bonet.
20 % Cabernet Sauvignon from la Plana.
Winemaking:
Fermentation between 25 ºC and 28 ºC during 15 days, and a post maceration arround two weeks. Ageing for 6 months in 225 L. french oak barrels, including malolactic fermentation. Bottled in 2015 Desember.
Winemaker's notes:
Predominance of reddish tonalities and good colour structure. In the palate, it predominates red fruits mixes flavor, with light oak sensations. The taste is intense, with a notable amplitude. Perfect with cured cheeses and meats.
