70% Withe Grenache from Serra de Castellnou.
30% Viognier from Serra de Castellnou.
Winemaking:
Careful selection of grapes in the vineyard, light maceration and fermentation in stainless steel. A percentage of the wine aged in French oak barrels of 500 liters, to try to extract the varietal and warm expression of the Garnacha Blanca.
Winemaker's notes:
Clarity and brilliance. Aromatic sensations of apricot and peach combined with an elegant flavor and taste acquired during their little stay in barrel. Refreshing acidity and lingering aftertaste. We're in front of a very gastronomic withe wine.
