Grape varieties:
25% Syrah from Serra de Castellnou.
50% Red Grenache from Coma d'en Bonet.
25% Cabernet Sauvignon from Coma d'en Bonet
Winemaking:
Harvested by hand in optimum maduration state. Fermentation at 23 ºC separately, on December 2014 mixed and aged in French oak barrels, during three months to obtain an interesant complexity. Bottled in 2015 August
Winemaker's notes:
Cherry red with good intensity and vivid hues, presents an interesting complexity on the nose (rip fruit, light toasty) and palate (fleshy, equilibrate, integrated tanins and a persistent aftertaste).

Serving temperature: Serve between 16 - 18ºC
